3. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, the HorGe wordmark, and the methodology it describes — belongs to HorGe or its licensors. Browsing the site grants you no licence beyond viewing. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

4. No professional advice; no engagement

Content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. No consulting relationship, engagement, or duty of care arises from your use of this site, from an enquiry or consultation request, or from an introductory conversation. A consulting relationship exists only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intent.
